everything from fresh juices to churros available. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family of five. My only complaint was the slow service in the restaurant during peak hours, which made it a bit frustrating at times.

the service at the restaurant was painfully slow, and my kids’ meal only arrived, well, half-done with no sides. shocking. Also, the pool area was so adult-centric. my child was reprimanded for simply splashing. honestly, one would think I’d receive at least a complimentary drink for my troubles, but, alas. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

While the location is quiet, it's a bit of a trek to major attractions, but the nearby metro makes up for it. Breakfast was ample, with a wide selection to choose from, though the service could be slow at peak times.

The hotel is in a great location, close to numerous metro stations and only a short walk to Buen Retiro Park with its beautiful boating lake. Super helpful staff kept the breakfast buffet fully stocked with a variety of options.

This place was great! The room was super clean with all the amenities, like a fantastic shower and a big comfy bed. The pool and gym were just right for a quick stay. Would definitely book again!
