We got excellent value for our money at Ona El Marques. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and had a breathtaking view of the ocean and Los Gigantes. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and supermarkets, and the staff treated us with kindness and professionalism.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better was a wider selection of options.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. The facilities were excellent, including a swimming pool and a bar and restaurant. The balcony was large with a stunning view of the complex and sea. The hotel is conveniently located between Los Gigantes and Puerto de Santiago, making it easy to explore both areas. Additionally, there is a LIDL supermarket right beside the hotel, which was very convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment was spacious with comfortable beds and blackout curtains in the bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and crockery we needed. The hotel facilities were great, including a bar and restaurant, swimming pool, children's corner, and quiet areas to sit. We also appreciated the reading and games section, computer area, and the hairdressers, nail bar, and massage salon. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was always clean with the maids coming in twice a week to change towels, bedding, and clean inside and out. The location was ideal, with plenty to do in the area and convenient access to nearby supermarkets.

The location of the resort was fantastic, with a supermarket nearby and just a short stroll away from the charming Los Gigantes center. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist, making us feel safe and welcome during our stay. The pool was heated and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment.

Despite the many positives, there were a few drawbacks to our stay. The wifi policy allowing only one device at a time was inconvenient, especially for a family.

I recently stayed at a basic apartment hotel in Puerto de Santiago for a few days over Christmas. Despite the simplicity of the hotel, the staff, especially Loreno at reception, were amazing and very helpful. The one bed apartment was enormous with a lovely balcony and a great sea view. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was excellent, with easy access to both Puerto Santiago and Los Gigantes. It was also convenient to have a Lidl and Hippo Dino right next to the hotel. it was great value for money and I would definitely stay again.

The staff at the reception were fast and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The balcony, although lacking a view, was spacious and perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to shops and restaurants, and I could easily walk to the beach. We had a wonderful stay at a well-located apartment with spacious rooms and a beautiful ocean view terrace. the facilities were great, including a nice pool with a lifeguard and a well-equipped kitchen. the apartment was clean and tidy, and they even provided extra care for our baby with a safety mesh on the balcony and amenities like a high chair and cot. the location was perfect, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and lookout points in Los Gigantes. We especially loved the heated pool and abundance of sunbeds.
