Stayed at the Ace and they upgraded my room to one with a cool view. The staff were friendly and the location was great, not far from Union Square & 5th Av. a great stay and would recommend. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. The location was fantastic, just outside the busy area of bustling Midtown. The service was exceptional, from the attentive room service to the efficient dry cleaning and housekeeping. We were welcomed with a delicious drink upon arrival and the room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. The separate tub and shower in the spacious bathroom added an extra touch of luxury. We also appreciated the free toiletries and the convenience of an electric kettle for our morning tea and coffee. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making our stay truly enjoyable.

I recently stayed at a trendy boutique hotel in NYC and had an excellent experience. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded me to a medium room on the top floor. The hotel had a stylish and hipster vibe that I really enjoyed, and even the other guests seemed to embody the chic atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond in terms of service, being incredibly accommodating, pleasant, and helpful.

One aspect that slightly detracted from my experience was the noise. Unfortunately, I wasn't feeling well during my stay, and the street noise was audible until late at night.

This hotel is located in a great spot with plenty of things to do nearby, including the Empire State Building. The staff are really friendly and helpful, which is always a plus. The rooms offer amazing views and are well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at Ace Hotel for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and understanding, particularly when I had issues with my credit card. They handled the situation smoothly and put me at ease. On top of that, the Thursday night DJ, Rustam Ospanoff, played an amazing set that made my stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, being right next to a subway station. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, giving off a great New York vibe. There were also plenty of great restaurants, bars, shops, and even a Whole Foods nearby. I absolutely loved the Stumptown Coffee in the hotel as well. I had a wonderful stay at Ace Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone.

As a woman traveling alone, I loved the rustic old New York vibe and friendly staff. The lobby level amenities, including a juice shop, bagel shop, coffee shop, and bar, were very convenient. The spacious room with high ceilings provided a comfortable stay. The strong wifi was a plus.

As those taking off early, we loved the funky and hip vibe of the hotel. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and we even had a perfect view of the Empire State Building from our room. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the amazing coffee at the Stumptown coffee shop. The Breslin restaurant, run by April Bloomfield, was a great value and had a Michelin-starred menu. The Opening Ceremony fashion store was a must-visit for any cool and trendy individuals. The lobby bar and staff at The Breslin were laid-back and created a casual atmosphere.

During our stay at Ace, we were thrilled with the central location, allowing us to easily walk to all the hotspots in the city. The Stumptown coffee in the lobby was a great perk, giving us a delicious boost of caffeine each morning. The beds and amenities were comfortable and met our needs perfectly. We specifically requested a quiet room and were delighted with the peace and tranquility we experienced in the interior courtyard. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
