the outdoor bar area in the castle gardens was a pleasant spot to relax, and the views from the castle walls were beautiful. I was impressed by the reception staff who went above and beyond to accommodate us when we missed the evening meal. the location was perfect, just a short walk to a square with many cafes. Our room had a balcony with stunning views across the river and rural landscape.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and I must say, it was quite a luxurious experience. The location is fantastic, as it is right in the heart of a historic town. Everything I wanted to see and do was within easy walking distance. It was lovely to stroll around the streets and even walk along the old town walls. The hotel itself was excellent, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff were competent and wonderful, especially Lucia. They were very welcoming and incredibly helpful with any request I had. The service throughout my stay was top-notch.

Spent Christmas at a historical looking hotel that had some interesting features. the staff was very good and the breakfast was spot on. the view from the bedroom overlooking the river was breathtaking, and the location was perfect for exploring the local area. Nothing wrong with the ambiance either.

Despite the incredible view and the great staff, there were a few things that could have been improved. the bathroom was a bit small and outdated, and the sheets smelled a little damp.

The restaurant staff, however, had some communication issues as they spoke little English, which made it difficult to order and understand the menu.

Our stay at the Parador was absolutely delightful. The location, inside an old castle and right in the heart of the charming old town, was simply perfect. We loved the stylish and comfortable room we stayed in, complete with a fridge and safe. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. Although the WiFi was only available in the public area near reception, it didn't hinder our overall experience. The hotel's facilities, service, and exceptional historical setting definitely exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay.
