Great stay at a hotel in a fantastic location, with a clean and vibrant atmosphere. We had a room on the 6th floor facing the street and couldn't hear any noise from outside. the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room was well-equipped with everything we needed. the hotel staff were kind and accommodating, providing us with helpful information and swiftly resolving any issues. There was even a water filter machine on our floor, which allowed us to refill our water bottles with cold water before heading out. the hotel's proximity to the hop-on hop-off bus stop and Retiro Park made exploring the city convenient. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at this modern hotel in the center of the city, with a train station and underground metro conveniently located nearby. It was the perfect location for visiting Madrid's main museums and exploring the vibrant Huertas neighborhood. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The breakfast offered a continental spread with quick replenishment, ensuring a great start to the day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist.

The staff is great and the hotel is close to the Atocha train station, making it really convenient. The bed and pillows are really comfortable and the shower is great too. Complementary water is a plus and having an electric kettle is fantastic. The hotel has elevators and the decoration on the hallways and the rooms is really nice.

We stayed at a hotel near the train station and metros, making it easy to visit all the nearby attractions. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Gran Via and the museums. The rooms were quiet and modern, with a nice bathroom, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, with a decent selection, and the view from the lobby was lovely.

The gym was not well-maintained and the machines were broken.

The location was perfect for us as it was close to Atocha station and walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, and attractions. Despite being in the old city center and right next to a few nightclubs, the room was soundproofed which allowed us to sleep peacefully and comfortably. The staff was friendly and attentive, always available to help us with any questions or needs we had. Plus, the room amenities were fantastic, including air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. we recommend this hotel to families looking for a top-notch stay in the city.

We did experience a bit of noise from the nightclubs nearby but as we mentioned before, the room was soundproofed, so it didn't affect our sleep quality. Despite this minor inconvenience, we highly recommend this venue to families.
