During my recent stay at a lovely hotel in the center of a bustling city, I had a fantastic experience thanks to the incredible front desk staff. When I arrived, Maite went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I had a smooth check-in process. She kindly provided us with recommendations on how to spend our time until our room was ready.

On the day of our departure, we had an early morning flight and unfortunately, breakfast wasn't yet available. However, Maite saved the day by organizing to-go bags for us filled with coffee, juice, and sandwiches.

Great location, close to shopping, Christmas festivities, marina, restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Well-designed room with clever wardrobe and good tea and coffee making facilities. Coffee machine available for guests to use.

The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is central and convenient for shopping and dining. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel is situated near the beach and promenade.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel, it was so close to everything we wanted to see. We were able to easily walk to all the main attractions and it was parallel to the big shopping street. The room was spacious and well presented, with comfortable beds and a lovely view from the Juliet balconies. The bathroom was also spacious and provided a good range of amenities. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, including fresh smoothies and detox juices. the hotel had excellent facilities and fantastic service.

The only drawback was the tight layout of the room, with a column in the middle, which made it a bit challenging to move around.

I recently stayed at Petit Palace in Malaga for a week-long vacation. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, even contacting me prior to arrival to answer any questions I had. I loved the personalized note welcoming me to my room. The hotel’s central location made it easy for me to walk everywhere and explore the city. There were plenty of dining options within walking distance, and the breakfast buffet offered a delicious selection of healthy, organic food. The bed in my room was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep.

The room was spacious and had a lovely little balcony. the staff at check-in were friendly and helpful. They provided us with useful information about the hotel. the bathroom had an excellent shower with large bottles of toiletries attached to the wall. the room had a kettle and a fridge, which was convenient. the hotel offered a great breakfast buffet with plenty of options. the location was perfect, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby and within walking distance of most attractions. the hotel was beautifully decorated, especially during the new year with lights and Christmas markets.

We had an amazing experience at Petit Palace! The hotel's prime location allowed us to easily explore the vibrant Plaza de la Constitución and enjoy all the attractions that central Malaga has to offer. The newly refurbished and fully equipped hotel added to the comfort and convenience of our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find that Petit Palace had a selection of items available for borrowing, from iPads to bikes and even pushchairs for our little one. The level of customer service we received was extraordinary - when I accidentally left my phone in a taxi, the hotel went above and beyond to track it down, retrieve it, and arrange for its safe return to me. We were truly amazed by their dedication! We would return to Petit Palace in a heartbeat. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city near all the restaurants and shopping stores. I loved sitting in the hotel's cozy lounge, which overlooks an alley filled with cheerful outdoor seating areas. It was the perfect spot to relax and meet people. The staff here were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They were always there to assist with anything I needed and went out of their way to make me feel at home.

Staying here was an incredible experience. I loved the hotel's location because it is right in the center of all the action. The hotel had everything I needed during my stay - from room service to car hire, it was all available here. The room was incredibly comfortable with a soundproof design that ensured I slept like a baby. I also enjoyed the in-room amenities like the mini-bar and in-room safe. The staff were very friendly and always willing to assist me. I had the most amazing time exploring this place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

This venue is one of the best I've stayed in thanks to the helpful staff and excellent customer service provided. The only downside was that some of the staff at the reception desk could be better groomed and mannered.

Perfectly located right in the heart of the pedestrian area, this hotel offers easy access to all major attractions and plenty of restaurants and shops. the view from the room was stunning, especially when the cathedral was lit up at night. the room was well equipped with everything you need and the staff were friendly and helpful. the complimentary toiletries and bathrobe were a nice added touch.

The breakfast seemed a bit overpriced and there were plenty of fantastic cafes and bakeries nearby to grab a cheaper alternative. the noise level from outside could be a bit of a nuisance for light sleepers, but it was expected given the prime location.
