The cleanliness was top-notch, with the rooms and all other areas being spotlessly clean. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spa, gym, and swimming pool that were well-maintained and enjoyable. The location was perfect, right on the beach, with easy access to sun loungers and a beautiful view of the sea. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, from the reception to the restaurant and bars. They made my experience even better, especially Silvana and a kind waiter whose name I do not know, who went above and beyond to make me feel special during a difficult time. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of tasty choices. I couldn't have asked for more from this hotel.

As a tourist, I loved the beachfront location and the convenience of having restaurants nearby. The buffet breakfast was amazing with a wide range of options, including made-to-order omelettes. The rooftop pool and bar offered a beautiful view and a great selection of drinks. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The spa was a highlight, especially the sauna and steam room with their clear walls, allowing me to enjoy the sunset. The hotel also had a bookcase with interesting books in different languages.

This hotel is in a perfect location, right on La Cantana beach with stunning views. You can easily explore the city center and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. The porters are always available with a trolley to help with your luggage, making your arrival smooth and hassle-free. The rooms are clean, bright, and nicely furnished, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bathroom facilities are elegant and the shower is one of the best I have experienced.

The internet connection could use some improvement.

Located on Playa Canteras with parking lot. Excellent staff, comfortable bed, and big breakfast buffet. Heated rooftop pool, free sunbeds on the beach. Nice spa area with massage bed. Quiet hotel, highly recommended.

The beds were unbelievably comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The location of the hotel, near the main shopping area, was a big plus for me as I love to explore and shop. The ambiance at the restaurants was excellent, and the bartenders at the pool bar provided great service. I felt safe and comfortable in my room, thanks to the friendly room attendants. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of cheeses and the best croissants.

We loved the convenience of the location and the free amenities like parking, Wi-Fi, sunbeds, and umbrellas on the beach. The beach and promenade being right at our doorstep was a huge plus. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Las Palmas.
