We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Silvia at reception. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The facilities were excellent, including the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spa, and fitness studio. The hotel is located in a quiet area, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. We also enjoyed the variety of dining options, with a buffet breakfast and a poolside snack bar. The rooms were modern and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. the service and quality of this hotel were exceptional.

The location of the hotel is great, with access to local beaches just a short walk away. There is also a taxi service available for those who prefer not to walk. The rooms are well-maintained with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and good linens. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, always going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast selection is impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel offers a range of facilities such as a pool and sports club for guests to enjoy.

The nightlife in the surrounding area is limited, with only a couple of bars and a supermarket nearby.

the bedroom we had was a sea view double bed and it was spacious and comfortable. the highlight was definitely the balcony which overlooked the pool and sea, offering stunning views. the bathroom was fully equipped with toiletries and even had a bath which was a nice surprise. the room also had a mini fridge, perfect for keeping our drinks and bottled water cold. the buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices and it stayed open till 10:30am, allowing us to have a relaxing morning. the pool area was great with plenty of sun loungers and options for shade. the hotel also offered a free shuttle to nearby Punta Prima and Mahon. the staff were extremely helpful and generous with their time, assisting us with trip planning and answering all our questions. I highly recommend Alua for a wonderful stay in Menorca.

The food was fantastic, with a wide range of options including a vegetarian and local cuisine section. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel had a great atmosphere and plenty of activities throughout the day to keep us entertained. the courtesy bus and mini train provided convenient transportation options.

That there was no children's pool, which would have been a nice addition for families. Another disappointment was the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room, as well as the limited availability of free hot drinks after dinner.

The hotel did not offer a shuttle service to nearby attractions, which made it difficult for me to get around without a car. the beach towels required a deposit, which was unexpected.

I recently stayed at Alua in S'Algar for a week-long vacation and it was absolutely stunning! The sea-view from the hotel was awesome and the staff was incredibly responsive and fast. The hotel was always clean and the rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The variety and taste of the food at the restaurant were brilliant, and the hotel offered a free shuttle service to a nearby sandy beach and to Mahon, the capital. The staff were friendly and there were always activities to join in with. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect, relaxing getaway.

My stay at Alua Illa De Menorca was fantastic. I got great value for my money, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was peaceful and the staff treated me with exceptional kindness and helpfulness throughout my stay.

The only thing that could have improved the breakfast menu was adding a wider variety of pastries and baked goods.
