We recently stayed at Hotel Ses Puntetes for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff, both the daytime and nighttime receptionists, were incredibly friendly and greeted us with a smile from check-in to check-out. The location of the hotel was perfect - everything was within walking distance. There was a big supermarket right next door, and we found plenty of shops and restaurants just minutes away. The room was clean and spacious, and we especially enjoyed having a balcony to relax on.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Mallorca and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect, with tree-lined avenues right on the doorstep and the shopping areas just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were well-maintained and kept spotlessly clean. I especially loved the balconies, which offered a lovely spot to relax with a drink in hand. Another highlight was the breakfast at the nearby patisserie, included in the price. It was a great way to start the day and fuel up for all the activities that Mallorca has to offer.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was wonderful and there was nothing that I felt could be improved.

Good buffet options for vegan meals. Quiet room with effective air conditioning. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfy beds and renovated bathroom. Convenient location near shops, restaurants, and the marina.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Cala d'Or and had an amazing experience. The staff at Ses Puntetes were excellent and went above and beyond to help us. They even assisted us in arranging car hire, which was beyond our expectations. The hotel facilities were also very good and the rooms were sparkling clean. The location was perfect, with easy access to the bus stop, restaurants, and the beach. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Cala d'Or.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available and ready to answer any questions we had. We also loved the location, it was close to all the great restaurants and shops. Plus, we could easily rent a beach umbrella and get free beach towels.

The walls in the rooms were incredibly thin, which made it difficult to sleep with all the noise from the neighboring rooms. there was only one plug in the room, which made it a challenge to charge all our devices.

The pool may have been small, but there were always plenty of sun beds and umbrellas available, even during the busy month of August. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including boiled eggs and a cooked breakfast. We also appreciated the convenient location, just a short walk away from the main beach. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. The outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, with comfortable sun loungers and a great atmosphere. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything, with shops and a beautiful beach called Cala Esmerelda nearby. The breakfast provided was delicious and filling, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
