I had a fantastic stay at Taj Samudra in Colombo. The location was perfect, close to shopping and other attractions. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The breakfast was a delightful experience with a wide variety of delicious options. The gym facilities were great, and the high-speed internet worked perfectly. The service was top-notch, with the staff being extremely helpful and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience.

Fantastic breakfast buffet, great service, spacious club level room with incredible ocean view, nice bathroom with separate shower and tub. World renowned service quality and premium worth the money spent. Beautiful pool area, clean and well-maintained.

As someone who loves being surrounded by nature, our stay at the hotel was truly remarkable. The beautiful views from our room were breathtaking, immersing us in the tranquility of the surroundings. The staff was always alert and helpful, ensuring that our every need was met. The breakfast spread was delectable, with a wide range of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, allowing us easy access to nearby attractions.

The prices were a bit on the higher side, but the overall experience was definitely worth it.

The breakfast spread was nice with a great variety. Complimentary upgrade to the Suite. Staff was friendly and helpful. Glass water bottles reduced plastic waste.

An Unexpected Anniversary Surprise

During my recent stay at Taj Samudra, I experienced a heartwarming surprise that made my anniversary truly unforgettable. The manager, Mr. Ranaraja, went out of his way to personally extend his wishes and arrange a special surprise celebration for us. His thoughtfulness, along with the kind assistance of Mr. Chamindha and Mr. Chathura, made us feel incredibly valued and cared for. It was an unexpected gesture that left us overjoyed and grateful.

Absolutely loved the warmth of the staff. They went out of their way to make our stay special. the hotel's location was perfect with easy access to key attractions. the complimentary breakfast buffet had an impressive spread, and the dinner at one of the on-site restaurants was delicious. We also enjoyed the complimentary welcome drinks upon our arrival.

We did experience some noise from other guests and housekeeping staff in the late hours of the night. there were a few occasions where we had to wait longer than expected for our food or service.

Luxurious amenities, excellent service and stunning beach access make this hotel a top choice for a tropical paradise getaway. the outdoor swimming pool offers fantastic views of the ocean and the serene garden area creates a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.

While the overall experience was exceptional, the only minor issue was with the in-room breakfast, which did not meet my expectations. the hotel's restaurant and bar area offers a variety of snacks, packed lunches, special diet menus and dinner options for a diverse culinary experience.
