We were pleasantly surprised by this venue. The location was great, situated between two metro stations and in a peaceful neighborhood. The room amenities were impressive, including an air conditioner, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The staff were helpful and accommodating. They provided leisure facilities like a TV room and a garden area. We were also impressed by the breakfast offering.

Good buffet breakfast with hot dishes, breads, hams, and cheeses. Ginger/health drink and tea/coffee available all day. Convenient location, 5 min walk to Karlaplan shopping center and subway. Spacious rooms for multiple guests. Helpful and friendly staff, always ready to assist.

We had a fantastic stay at Best Western! The location was perfect, with two metro stations and buses nearby, making it easy to explore Stockholm's main attractions. Our room had a desk, ideal for work or using a laptop, and the window placement allowed for great natural lighting. The tea and coffee area was accessible throughout the day, and the breakfast staff and reception staff were incredibly polite and friendly. We even requested a packed lunch, and it was ready and fresh on a Sunday morning. we highly recommend Best Western for its location, welcoming staff, and comfortable amenities.

I recently stayed at Best Western Hotel Karlaplan for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, with a quiet and clean neighborhood. The Metro Station was just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. My single room was surprisingly spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast, though basic, had a good variety of options. The complimentary biscuits and sweets in the foyer were a nice touch.

During my stay at Best Western Karlaplan, I experienced top-notch customer service. The staff showed great consideration for guests' requests and were always approachable and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised when they allowed me to check in early, providing much-needed rest after a long journey. The hotel's location, just a three-minute walk from the metro, was incredibly convenient. Even though I had a room without a window, it didn't bother me as I appreciated the safety measures in place and the fact that the early sunrise in Sweden made natural light unnecessary in the early morning. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel.
