We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even fulfilling our request for a second room nearby. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and comfortable rooms that had all the amenities we needed, including a mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and sofa. The location in the West Des Moines area was perfect for us, as it was close to many attractions and in a nice area.

My stay was dampened by the dirty sheets upon arrival, which were difficult to have changed due to exhaustion. Despite leaving a request for new sheets, they were not changed during our stay despite the room being serviced.
