The hospitality was impeccable. Carolina was there to assist all the time, providing recommendations for bars/hiking trails and making special arrangements. The room was cozy and spacious, with an automatic glass roof window to see the stars. The hotel had a modern rustic style, excellent bathroom, comfortable bed, and a nice outdoor pool. The location was top-notch, with easy access to lifts and transportation. the hotel provided a great experience.
