My family and I had a fantastic stay at Alex Lodge. The apartment was just like the pictures and had everything we needed. It was immaculate and spacious with beautiful views of the Matterhorn. The fully equipped kitchen and big bathrooms in each bedroom were great. Pamela, the host, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. She arranged transportation, delivered fresh bread every morning, and even helped when my daughter got sick. We felt like royalty and highly recommend Alex Lodge for a perfect vacation.

Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The only downside we experienced during our stay was the long walk from the downtown area to the hotel. This could be quite challenging, especially for older individuals or young children who aren't used to long walks.
