Great location, ski locker with boot drying rack, fantastic breakfast with made to order omelets, pancakes, and automatic coffee machine.

We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel! The location was perfect for accessing the major ski areas and the mountain top was right in front of our eyes. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the housekeepers. The service was top-notch, with room service, bell staff/porter, and housekeeping all providing excellent care. We also appreciated the variety of amenities available, such as the spa & wellness centre, sauna, jacuzzi, and steam bath. The sun terrace and garden area provided a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay truly luxurious.

Everything was spot on.

My weekend stay was amazing. the staff was so friendly and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast offered a great variety of food. the location was perfect, walking distance to the ski lift and there was a ski rental place right across the road. I also enjoyed using the spa area, which had two hot tubs.

The price was a bit high, but it was worth it for the location and service. the lobby area could be improved to make it more cozy, perhaps with a fireplace.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in an ideal location. Close to restaurants, shops, and ski rental, we were able to easily access everything we needed. The service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff ready to assist us with our daily plans. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options. The hotel also had a beautiful design and cozy atmosphere, making our stay even more enjoyable.

There was one aspect of the hotel that did not meet our expectations. The restaurant was fully booked on our first night, limiting our dining options.

My stay at Aristella Swissflair was exceptional. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday special with a surprise cake. The location was perfect, and we enjoyed the beautiful views of the Matterhorn from our room. The hotel was clean and centrally located in Zermatt. Despite a few minor drawbacks like limited privacy and a less-than-ideal balcony view, I highly recommend this hotel. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return in the future.
