We had a fantastic time at the hotel, enjoying the modern and clean facilities. The small yet wonderful spa added an extra touch of relaxation to our stay. One particular highlight was the family room, which provided ample space and comfort for our group. We also loved the convenience of the hotel's downtown location, as everything we needed was within walking distance. The breakfast spread was delicious and served until noon, allowing us to start our day at our own pace. Additionally, finding an ice skating rink behind the hotel was a pleasant surprise. The stunning view of the lake and mountains from the hotel was breathtaking, and the surrounding nature provided a beautiful backdrop. The staff were unbelievably helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. Their exceptional service made our stay even more enjoyable.

Convenient location downtown, easy walk to slopes. Great family room, satisfying breakfast until noon. Enjoyed ice skating nearby. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice spa with steam bath and sauna. Modern, clean and comfortable hotel. Impressive view of lake and mountains.

The steam bath and sauna were amazing after a full day out and about. The wonderful breakfast was served from 7:00 am to noon - a great plus for lazy mornings. The family room was great and modern, and the easy access to the town center and ski slopes made our stay convenient.

The staff were quite varied in their helpfulness. A senior employee was incredibly rude and belittling towards us upon our arrival.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, with everything necessary just a short walk away. You can easily access the gondola taking you to the ski lifts, and it's very close to the gondola station. The room was modern and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially the younger woman who checked us in. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of choices to suit everyone's taste. The view from the hotel was amazing, with a picturesque lake and mountains.

One negative aspect was that the senior staff member with grey hair and glasses was quite rude and belittling towards us upon arrival.
