The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which was a relief after a long day of traveling. The hotel’s location was also convenient, with easy access to the highway. the breakfast included scrambled eggs and sausage, which was a nice bonus.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. the ice machine on the first floor was not working, so I had to go to a different floor to get ice.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Barstow and had a great experience. the staff was friendly and efficient, quickly getting us to our clean and ready room upon arrival. the beds and bathroom linens were superior to other hotels in the area. We stayed for two nights, once on our way from Las Vegas to Los Angeles and again on the return drive home. the room had a coffee maker and the bed was comfy. the breakfast bar offered good options for the price. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The location along our path to the 700 foot tall Kelso dunes was perfect. It was easy to find, just a little past the exit we needed to Bakersfield. Additionally, the staff was incredibly kind, courteous, and helpful. a great choice for our work travel.

The hotel also had a gym and swimming pool, which were nice amenities. our experience was excellent and we will definitely stay here again.

Despite the late hour, they made the whole experience so much better. I would definitely stay here again because of the excellent service I received.
