I had a fantastic stay at Backstage Hotel Serviced Apartments. The view from my unit was absolutely breathtaking, with a perfect sight of the town and the Matterhorn. The interior design of the place was also top-notch, striking a great balance between modern and cozy. The hotel even provided a free pick-up service to and from the train station, which was a nice touch. The facilities, including the jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room, were excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful with local recommendations. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great for families and pets, spacious and comfortable apartment with all necessary amenities. Kids love the pool and hot tub. Comfy beds and well-equipped kitchen. Maximum budget.

The apartments had a great view, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable furniture. Service was excellent, and the spa facilities were pleasant. The location was convenient for excursions and not far from the center and station. a fantastic stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was perfect, being close to everything and adjacent to a public footpath. The hotel offered excellent service, including housekeeping, laundry, and a free shuttle service. The room amenities were top-notch and we especially loved the terrace and dining table. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities such as the spa & wellness centre, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool. our experience here was exceptional.

We had a great Thanksgiving stay at this hotel! The breakfast was tasty and there were many options to choose from. We also appreciated the pick-up and drop-off service from the train station and the shuttle service to the ski lift. The hotel is located very close to the ski lift and the town center, which made it very convenient to explore the area. We also enjoyed the breathtaking views from our room and the fresh mountain air.

There were some downsides to our stay. The lighting in our room was a bit dim, which made it difficult to read at times.

The hotel lacked a phone in the room, which meant walking to the hotel side to request for additional amenities or services.

Additionally, the breakfast served inside the apartment was delicious, and the staff, especially Marcos, were extremely helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel for families or group travelers.
