The location of the hotel was fantastic, right next to the long distance bus terminal. The room was clean and spacious, and I loved the comfortable bed and the beautiful rooftop view. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options, including delicious Japanese noodles and a salad bar. The staff were courteous and professional, and most of them spoke English. The hotel had a nice pool, although it was a bit cold to use in January. I had a comfortable stay at The Gaya Hotel and would recommend it to others.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was superb, with easy access to the long distance bus terminal and various scenic areas. The staff were friendly, professional, and many of them spoke fluent English. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a large and cozy bed that was almost impossible to get out of. I also appreciated the wide range of amenities provided, from the well-stocked toiletries to the modern and clean bathroom.

Celebrating Christmas in this hotel was amazing! the rooftop view was breathtaking and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I loved that they provided complimentary pick-up and drop-off at the train station and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. the bed was so comfortable that I could have stayed there all day. Plus, the breakfast had a variety of options, both Western and Taiwanese, and everything was delicious.

We had a great time staying at a hotel in Taitung. The location was perfect, with easy parking available nearby. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, with a king-sized bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom was also well-maintained. The staff provided fantastic service, even picking us up from the train station and helping us with our bags. The hotel also had a swimming pool and shops that added to the overall experience.

The reception staff had an indifferent attitude and seemed uninterested in our requests.
