I stayed here for business and the hotel is very well located with respect to the train station. The room was clean, comfortable, and quite spacious for a city center hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a positive attitude. It was good value for money, with a nice breakfast including fresh fruits.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

As backpackers, we were looking for a convenient location and Hotel Les Arcades across the road from the train station was perfect. The 24-hour reception and secure doors made us feel safe, and the proximity to the lake and attractions was ideal. The powerful and hot shower was a pleasant surprise.

We got great value for our money at Les Arcades. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect, right across from the train station. The staff treated us with friendliness and were very accommodating.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with more variety.

The hotel is conveniently located right in front of the train station and opposite the Geneva train station. It is also very accessible, with the bus station right in front of it. The staff was very helpful and nice, and we were given an upgraded room for free. Additionally, the hotel provided us with a free pass for public transport for the duration of our stay.

The value for money at Les Arcades was great and the room was fantastic with a big comfy bed and soft pillows. The location was very convenient, just a short walk from the train station and Geneva Lake. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout my stay.

les arcs exceeded my expectations in geneva. the staff were so friendly and helpful, even preparing takeaway breakfasts for us when we couldn't eat at the hotel. the location was perfect, right across from the train station and close to the lake. plus, the room felt like a home away from home.

The location of the hotel couldn't have been better - right across the road from the central train station. It was incredibly easy to get to the city center and explore all the attractions. The staff was amazing, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options. a great experience.

The parking situation was a bit confusing and the entrance to the hotel was not clearly marked.
