We loved the spacious and modern Lifestyle room with a personal touch of fruits, chocolate, and a handwritten note upon arrival. The restaurant staff was courteous and the food was good. Great location with quaint restaurants and nearby museums and sites within walking distance. The hotel staff was helpful and efficient, making our stay enjoyable.

The hotel offered free bicycles which was a great way to explore the city during my business trip. the staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the concierge who provided useful recommendations. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to the main shopping area and with a view of the lake.

The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, especially the toilets which were unclean. This was a drawback considering the price I paid for the hotel.

The rooms at Hotel Metropole were immaculate and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We had a great view from our room and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The concierge staff were also very helpful and friendly. Despite a few minor issues, I would still recommend this hotel for its excellent comfort and service. I had a pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel.

Amazing New Year's Experience!

We had a fantastic New Year's trip at this hotel! the staff was exceptionally friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. the location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city and enjoy beautiful views of the lake. the hotel amenities were impressive, especially the modern and well-designed rooms. the rain shower was a luxurious touch, and the softest towels made us feel pampered. the high ceiling and large windows in our room allowed plenty of natural light in, creating a bright and comfortable atmosphere.

The hotel was luxurious and beautifully decorated. Staff provided helpful information and fantastic service. Perfect location with a view of the lake and close to shopping. Comfy bed and free public transport passes.

As longer term business travelers, we found the staff at the restaurant to be very courteous and the food to be good. The location is also great, with lots of lovely quaint restaurants nearby and museums and sites in the old town within walking distance. The English language TV channel options were exceptional, making us feel at home.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being very close to the shopping area and in Geneva's city center. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a clean and well-maintained room that had a coffee machine and chocolates provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful information for our short stay. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel was easily accessible with public transportation nearby.

From the moment we arrived, we felt like royalty. the staff were extremely attentive to our every need and accommodated all our luxurious requests. the spa centre offered a variety of treatments and the sauna and jacuzzi were an excellent way to unwind. Our room was beautifully appointed, with exclusive amenities and a sun terrace with stunning views of the city. the restaurant served an exceptional in-room breakfast, with a range of special diet menus available to cater to all our needs.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the leisure room TV wasn't working properly, but this was quickly resolved by the hotel staff. this hotel provided a luxurious and comfortable stay with exceptional amenities and services.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely turndown service and complimentary chocolates. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel also featured a gym and a beautiful roof bar with stunning views. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and amenities.
