I had a mixed experience at this hotel in St. Moritz. The great staff and service were definitely a high point, as was the delicious breakfast and dinner options with five restaurants to choose from. The hotel was very clean, and the sauna area was a nice amenity. The location was also convenient, just a short walk from the Signal gondola.

The room had inadequate heat and the beds were very hard. The lack of charm in the room was acceptable considering the fair price.

We just loved our stay! From the moment we were picked up at the train station, the staff here were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel itself was very comfortable and pleasant, with a cozy and silent room that had a cute balcony. The facilities were great, including the lobby, restaurants, and gym. The hotel even offered us free entry to nearby attractions like the mountains and public pool, which we highly recommend. this place provided an excellent experience!

The hotel is strategically located near a bus stop and several restaurants. The breakfast was satisfying and the free car parking was convenient. the ski room had lockers and dryers which were helpful after a long day on the slopes.

The highlight of our stay was the free use of the Ovavera pass, which allowed us to explore the area with ease.
