As young holiday goers, we loved the convenient location near the train station and the short-cut bridge that made it easy to reach. The spacious and modern suite room was clean and impressive. The friendly staff made our check-in smooth, and we were lucky to have our room ready in just an hour. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, including cook-to-order eggs, omelettes, and pancakes. We also appreciated the transport card provided by the hotel for in-town transportation.

The hotel was very modern and had a great ambiance. the location was excellent, being close to the train station and offering easy access to transportation for our excursions. the rooms were spacious and offered a beautiful view of the lake.

The hotel felt more like a business hotel and lacked the charm of a boutique hotel. If you are looking to be in the midst of all the action, this hotel may not be the best choice.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and boat station, making it easy to explore the beautiful Mount Rigi. I recently stayed at Radisson in downtown Lucerne for a few nights. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The hotel's location is perfect, close to all the dining options and offering a fantastic view from the room with a giant window that can be opened. The on-site parking was easily accessible and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and efficient, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting who wants to enjoy all that the city has to offer!
