I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing information before my arrival and responding promptly to my questions. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the train station, gondola station, and town. The views from the hotel and my room were breathtaking, especially with the mountains in sight. The room was impeccably clean and the hotel provided room cleaning twice a day. The breakfast included during my stay was delicious and the Christmas dinner at the hotel restaurant was a great experience. I really enjoyed my time at this hotel and would definitely come back.

The room amenities were excellent, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the sitting area and terrace, where I could relax and take in the breathtaking views. The dining options were also excellent, with a delicious continental breakfast and fine dining options. the service, location, and amenities at this hotel are outstanding.
