Riffelalp Resort 2222M exceeded all expectations. Luxurious design, impeccable attention to detail, and breathtaking views. The staff was genuinely welcoming and provided excellent service. The facilities were top-notch and the room was modern and clean. The Italian restaurant and breakfast were wonderful. The opportunity to ski and enjoy the outdoor thermal pool was a highlight.

The room provided a hand mirror and washlet, which was convenient for a long stay. The view of the Mastterhorn was satisfying. The hotel was helpful with carrying luggage between the station and hotel using the tram.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impeccable. The hotel facilities, such as the pool and spa, were top-notch and provided a truly relaxing experience. The location of the hotel was ideal, with numerous marked hiking routes right outside our door. Additionally, the transportation options, including the train that took us directly to and from the hotel, made exploring this city a breeze.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Björn at the reception, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and it provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

The view of the majestic mountain was absolutely breathtaking and made the whole stay worth it. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with hiking trails right outside and easy access to public transportation. The rooms were beautifully furnished with a mix of modern and chalet style, and the bathrooms were particularly impressive with stone showers.

The breakfast could have been improved, especially in terms of the variety and quality of the fruit, bread, and cheese. Some of the staff, particularly at breakfast and dining, seemed stressed and confused, which was likely due to the high season.

What a breathtaking experience! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the majestic mountain views. The location of the hotel was perfect, nestled in the mountains with easy access to ski slopes. The staff were incredibly helpful and took care of everything from transportation to ski rentals. The amenities were top-notch, from the luxurious rooms to the exquisite restaurants. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the views from the hotel were simply stunning. I couldn't ask for a better alpine getaway.

While the overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the train rides to and from the hotel could be a bit inconvenient, especially if you wanted to explore other areas.

The journey to the hotel was an adventure, situated halfway up to the top lookout. The decor of the hotel was outstanding, a mix of Swiss chalet and quirky LA chic. The view from the rooms was amazing, overlooking the pool and the Matterhorn. The high ceilings made it feel luxurious, and the modern bathrooms were exceptional. The staff were very nice, and there was a piano player/singer in the bar who was amazing. The indoor wellness center was the best we've seen, and the view from the outdoor pool was utterly amazing!

The wellness area could have been open later and opened earlier in the day. The staff in the wellness area were not helpful, and there were some issues with guests not following the rules.
