Celebrated our 11th anniversary here for one night. the room was wonderful, with a private onsen featuring hot and cold pools. Housekeeping left sweet towel-swans and rose petals. Fruit bowl and pineapple cakes were a nice touch. Regional teas in the minibar. Public onsen baths were clean and varied. Excellent breakfast. Staff spoke great English, always kind and helpful. Shuttle service was convenient.

Would recommend this hotel.

Clean room, changing fee for new one. Ok view, people visibility from second-floor hot spring tub. Quiet location, complimentary amenities. Friendly staff, good breakfast and lunch, great forest balcony. Excellent in-room hot spring. Quiet area, nearby hot spring vent and sightseeing spots.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay at this hot spring hotel. the in-room hot spring tub was amazing, and the free treats in the fridge were a nice touch. the location next to the local museum was convenient and added to the overall experience. the staff was very friendly and accommodating to our requests.

The breakfast choices were limited and not very filling. there weren't many English TV channels available.

This resort is located in a scenic area, down the hill near the Beitou spa district, offering breathtaking views of the city center. The Chinese restaurant provides an amazing dining experience with traditional Taiwanese desserts and French cuisine. The rooms are equipped with convenient hot spring baths, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a soak with your partner. The staff is attentive and caring, going above and beyond to accommodate guests, such as providing access to the outdoor hot spring for tired travelers.

Some aspects of the service, such as the waiting time for breakfast and the quality of the dinner, could use improvement.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities offered here exceeded my expectations. the in, room hot spring with both hot and cold water pools allowed me to indulge in leisurely relaxation. the complimentary snacks and top, quality tea, along with the free bottle of plum wine delivered at night, were all top, notch.

the public hot spring area was a bit cold, which made it less enjoyable for me.
