The hotel is located quite far from the city center in an unattractive business zone. the carpets and some of the decor in the rooms are a bit outdated and worn out, giving the hotel a less, than, appealing appearance.

Comfortable and convenient

I really enjoyed my recent stay at the Best Western hotel in Verona. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and I especially appreciated having tea and coffee making facilities right in my room. The breakfast options were plentiful, and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. The location was also very convenient, with a nearby shopping center and easy access to the autostrade.

The free shuttle service to the city center was helpful during the New Year celebration when the city was crowded. the complimentary drinks in the minibar were a nice touch. the hotel's location, near a shopping center, was convenient for picking up some last-minute items. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a good variety.

The bed was uncomfortable and made for a restless night's sleep. the soundproofing was not great as the noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway was noticeable.

The Best Western in San Giovanni Lupatoto was great value for money with a perfect sized room and an acceptable price. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I appreciated being able to open the window on the 6th floor when the room got too hot. The free shuttle bus to the city center was easily booked at reception, and the breakfast had a good variety. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the evening meal was also reasonably priced and included wine. The hotel's location just off the motorway was convenient for our travel needs. a comfortable stay with great service and a must-do visit to the Opera at Verona Arena.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were large, comfortable, and fully equipped. The hotel facilities were spacious and provided plenty of free parking. The location in an industrial area was convenient for day trips to Milan, Venice, Como, and other destinations in Northern Italy. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the fact that the hotel was near a big shopping center. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant where we enjoyed a gluten-free meal and a wide range of gluten-free breakfast options.
