The location couldn't be better, just a couple of blocks from the waterfront and the vibrant Ribeira district. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it a convenient place to stay. The staff at the front desk and housekeeping were friendly and helpful throughout our 3-night stay. Our room had a wonderful view of the river, and it was always clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and helpful staff. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The location was fantastic - a short walk to San Bento metro station and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. The continental breakfast was good and the staff were multilingual. We particularly enjoyed the free tour and tasting at Churchill's Port Company. Porto was also a great value destination.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to all the tourist attractions and with plenty of restaurants along the river. We were able to walk to most places within 10 minutes, which was very convenient. The staff was helpful and the rooms were comfortable. The bathroom had a modern walk-in shower and the WiFi was excellent. In general, everything was very likable and we were ready to leave for the train station without any issues.

There was a wide variety of fresh fruit, local breads, and pastries to choose from, and I loved being able to make my own orange juice with the juicer machine. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of location, transportation convenience, and breakfast options.
