The location couldn't be better, just a couple of blocks from the waterfront and the vibrant Ribeira district. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it a convenient place to stay. The staff at the front desk and housekeeping were friendly and helpful throughout our 3-night stay. Our room had a wonderful view of the river, and it was always clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and helpful staff. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The location was fantastic - a short walk to San Bento metro station and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. The continental breakfast was good and the staff were multilingual. We particularly enjoyed the free tour and tasting at Churchill's Port Company. Porto was also a great value destination.

The bathroom had a modern walk-in shower and the WiFi was excellent. In general, everything was very likable and we were ready to leave for the train station without any issues.
