The room I stayed in at Howard Plaza was spacious and comfortable, with modern furnishings and a stunning view. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The 5-star hotel we stayed at had two advantages: the breakfast buffet was extensive, and we enjoyed some complimentary extras. the hotel had a beautiful outdoor swimming pool which was well-maintained. We appreciated the lovely view from our room.

The location of the hotel was far from any busy area or the MRT station. However, the most disappointing part was the lack of hospitality from the staff, who weren't very accommodating to our simple requests.

It was just a short walk to the Lihue Night Market, where I got to try delicious local street food. The tube station and Farmosa MRT station were also conveniently close by, making it easy for me to explore the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from, guaranteeing a satisfying start to the day. One of the highlights was the incredible view from my high room, allowing me to appreciate the beauty of the city skyline. I had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

That the lobby was a bit dark during the night, which gave it a slightly shabby appearance.

This hotel is worth every penny spent. The luxurious amenities are exceptional, from the spa to the swimming pool, everything is top-notch. The massage service is truly a memorable experience. The restaurant and bar are amazing as well, the food is incredibly tasty and the drinks are exquisite. The private facilities are truly exclusive and provide a truly VIP experience.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the location is not very easily accessible, and it is a bit far from some of the main attractions. However, the hotel provides shuttle service, so this is a minor inconvenience.
