We loved the classic building, top-notch service, and friendly smiles everywhere. The spa and breakfast were also excellent. The hotel truly exceeded our expectations and was the highlight of our trip. The location may not be central for tourists, but taxis are always available, and the short walk to the MRT station was quick and peaceful. I recently stayed at the Mandarin Oriental in Taipei and I was truly wowed by the experience. The service was exceptional, from the friendly staff at the entrance to the welcoming reception desk. The hotel's location, just a short walk from the MRT, made it convenient for exploring the city. The room itself was opulent and luxurious, with a lovely view from the 17th floor. Although there was a minor issue with the shower gel not being topped up, it didn't detract from the overall fantastic experience. I can't wait to come back to this first-rate hotel in Taipei. Highly recommended. I'll definitely be recommending this hotel to anyone planning to visit Taipei.
