Santos Hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the nearest train station. the spacious and clean rooms, although a bit dated, were well-maintained and functional. the hotel offered good value for money, although it could benefit from some renovations.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location just a 5-minute walk from the nearest train station. The 1841 airport bus also stops directly across the hotel, making it easy for us to travel. The spacious and comfortable single rooms with double beds provided a great space to relax after a long day of exploring. Plus, the heated toilet seat was a nice touch!

We felt completely secure during our stay and had no reason to complain.

The staff at Santos Hotel went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. When I discovered a small cockroach in my breakfast, the manager personally apologized, brought gifts, and ensured stricter cleanliness in the kitchen. They even allowed me to check my luggage after checkout. I highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff at the bell service and front desk. Limited Western options for breakfast but good coffee. Comfortable bed, plenty of English TV channels, and good Taiwanese tea in the room. Clean and quiet. Owners of the b&b were incredibly helpful. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for four nights and had a great experience. The location is perfect, as it is just a short walk from the subway station and very easy to get around the city. The neighborhood is also fantastic, with plenty of shops, eateries, and even a night market nearby.

The location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to many attractions in the city.

The staff at this place were very helpful, from bell service to the front desk, they were always prompt and followed through on every request. The room amenities were excellent, with air conditioning, a sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. We also appreciated the prompt support from the friendly and helpful staff when we needed assistance with the lighting in our room. we highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was great! the spacious room with the comfortable beds was just what I needed after a long day of exploring the city. the location was perfect with the subway station just a short walk away and an airport bus stop nearby, making it easy to get around. the hotel staff was also super friendly and always willing to help.

Although the hotel was nice overall, the rooms seemed a bit outdated and could use some updating. the surrounding neighborhood was a little underwhelming, with mainly hardware shops nearby.

The hotel's location close to the metro station and local transport made getting around this city super convenient. I loved how I could easily hop on the subway or catch a bus to the airport just steps away from the hotel. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was impeccable, with no noticeable noise from the busy street outside. Their excellent English language skills made communicating a breeze.
