They assisted with our bags and took care of all our needs throughout our stay. The service was outstanding, and they even remembered our surname whenever we approached the service desk. The hotel is conveniently located right across from the train station and next to a mall. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. the staff, location, and hotel facilities were the best aspects of our stay.

I had a great experience at the hotel in Tainan! the hotel staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were friendly and efficient, making sure all my needs were met. the buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, including a tasty hot Americano. the comfortable and clean room had a fantastic city view from the high floor, allowing me to enjoy the sights of the city. I also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, with easy access to a nearby shopping mall and attractions. the free shuttle service to key destinations was a fantastic advantage for exploring the city.

One small inconvenience I encountered was the outdated schedule pamphlet for the connecting train from Taiwan Railways Tainan station to Taiwan High-Speed Railways. However, this was quickly resolved as I double-checked the train schedule on the official THSR website.

The level of service exceeded our expectations and they always remembered our surname whenever we approached the service desk. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was impeccable, with the staff cleaning it twice a day. The hotel facilities were luxurious, and we enjoyed using the pool and the health club. The breakfast spread was impressive, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. We definitely plan to return to this hotel in the future!
