I have never given a bad review on Trip Advisor, only positive reviews. The hotel was incredibly clean, from the lobby to the rooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful pool area and direct access to the stunning beach. The location was perfect, with both a nice view of the pool area and the ocean. The hotel provided convenient transportation options, including a free shuttle service. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring a great experience.

the breakfast buffet was a great start to the day, with options like continental pastries, omelettes, and fruit. the lunch menus were a bit limited, but we discovered that we could get takeout from the breakfast buffet and make our own lunch in the room. For dinner, we enjoyed dining at the fish deck and black rock restaurants. the beach was outstanding, and the All-Inclusive format was a nice feature. Our room was excellent and one of the nicest we've stayed in. the service was good, despite some negative reviews we had read.

We had a great time at this 4-star hotel. The location was convenient as it was just a few steps away from the beach. The beach itself was amazing, with crystal clear waters that were perfect for swimming and relaxing. The hotel grounds were well-kept and clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We were impressed by the quality of service, from the front desk to the bar staff. The pool was clean and the beach had a variety of water sports options. We also enjoyed the live entertainment provided daily. All in all, this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to others.

Helpful staff, beautiful beach steps from room, larger than expected room with kitchenette and extra half bath, enjoyed using bikes and paddleboards, convenient access to snorkeling and excursion boats, great onsite restaurant.

We had an amazing stay at this place. The location right on the beach allowed us to enjoy the magnificent Grace Bay beach every day. The hotel provided us with beach access, sun loungers, and beach umbrellas, making our beach experience even more comfortable. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff in every department. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The housekeeping staff kept the rooms and the grounds beautifully clean, and the prompt and diligent service from the staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had an amazing experience at Alexandra Resort! The entertainment crew, Luigi, Mario, Yoshi, and Pinocchio, made our family's stay unforgettable. They organized fun games and activities like karaoke, soccer, and volleyball, and were always positive and friendly. The breathtaking beach and clean rooms added to our wonderful stay. We will definitely return thanks to the fantastic entertainment staff!

Beachfront resort with friendly staff, clean rooms, cozy beds, and great ocean views from the balconies. Good breakfast buffet with delicious omelettes and smoothies. Lunch options include salads, take-out from breakfast, and instant service from the jerk chicken and swarma bar. Dinner choices at the fish deck and black rock are tasty and offer a chance to cook your own steak on a hot rock. The tour desk offers informative and fun half-day tours with clear, turquoise waters and unmotorized water sports.

The location was unbeatable, just steps away from gorgeous turquoise waters. The Black Rock restaurant was a highlight, with an interactive dining experience. Snorkeling at the nearby coral reef was a must-do. would highly recommend this resort.

We had a fantastic Easter vacation at this resort. the beach was stunning, with crystal clear turquoise water and powdery white sand. We loved taking advantage of the free water sports, such as paddle boarding and kayaking. the location was perfect, situated right on the beach and close to other attractions on the island. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

One downside was the lack of information provided during check-in. We were not given any directions or a map of the property, which made it challenging to navigate around the resort and find the facilities.
