I loved the friendly staff who made us feel right at home! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and I can't get over the fresh grab & go breakfast that fueled our adventures. Relaxing in the warm pool and jacuzzi after a long hike is an absolute dream!

With picturesque 360-degree views and a charming ambiance, this hotel is just a few steps away from delightful restaurants like The Hudson and Sedona Sandwich and Pie Shop, making it perfect for weekend strolls to grab a bite, while being a short distance from art galleries like Andrea Smith Galleries and Sedona's Motion Picture Museum, not to mention the scenic hiking trails that offer breathtaking landscapes and the opportunity to enjoy warm oatmeal on those chilly mornings; the landscaped grounds feature a lovely pool, spa, and gym, and the hotel itself includes comfortable rooms with private balconies ideal for relaxing, but the facilities could use some updates to reach a truly upscale experience.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room—it felt neglected. I found hair in the shower and the toilet was left dirty. I had to clean it myself, which is not something I expected to do on vacation.

Bathrooms need attention, and some noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable. A cockroach in the bathroom was disappointing. While I’ve stayed elsewhere, this spot had potential—it just needs a few tweaks.

We recently stayed at the Arabella and had a mixed experience. The room was well-appointed with a flat-screen TV, which was great for relaxing in the evenings. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we were greeted with a nice welcome drink upon arrival. there were some aspects that were disappointing. The room did not have ironing facilities, which was a bit inconvenient for us as we had some wrinkled clothes from our travels. the heating in the room seemed a bit inconsistent, and we found it challenging to adjust the temperature to our liking. The air conditioning also could have been more effective, as the room tended to get a bit stuffy at times. the room did come with tea and coffee facilities, which we appreciated in the mornings. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, and the housekeeping service kept the room clean throughout our stay. One area that could use improvement is the outdoor space. While the description mentioned a terrace or patio, we found that there was no garden furniture for us to sit and enjoy the views. It would have been nice to have a cozy spot outside to relax. In terms of entertainment, we did not see any options for room service, which would have been convenient for those nights when we didn't feel like going out. an AM/FM alarm clock would have been helpful for setting wake-up calls, as we relied on our phones for alarms. our stay at the Arabella had its ups and downs.

I adore the breathtaking sunset views from the hill behind the hotel. They offer free bike rentals and fun live music to enjoy by the fire pits.
