Great value for a city escape in Kissimmee. Perfect location to Disney parks.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired, and the on-site restaurant didn't impress either. the pool area was fantastic, especially the lazy river and waterslide, though access times could be improved. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable, with the mattress offering the best sleep we’ve had in months. Unfortunately, housekeeping fell short; finding hair in the shower and a stain on the wall was disappointing. Noise from the road and loud guests made relaxing a bit challenging, but friendly staff and a great location made it worthwhile. I'd return, hoping for a better experience next time.

The lazy river is a delightful feature, perfect for relaxation, though its limited hours are a drawback. Weather permitting, the pool and hot tub remain open 6 AM to 11 PM, but life guards restrict access to the lazy river. Staff were friendly and efficient, yet my experience with management left much to be desired; lacking follow-up on concerns detracted from my overall impression. The bed was comfortable, essential for a good night's sleep, but the bathroom had issues—drainage problems and insufficient housekeeping were disappointments. The complimentary breakfast was decent, particularly the breakfast potatoes. Potential lies here, but significant improvements are necessary to elevate this property to its full potential.

The check-in took forever, and the room was a disaster—mildewy smell, dirty linens, and even a bloodstain on the curtains. Plus, the fridge leaked everywhere, making the whole stay feel like a bad joke. Definitely not impressed.

The view from the 10th-floor room was amazing. the comfort level was severely lacking. The AC repeatedly shut off, and we struggled with noise from the running tub water, which kept us awake all night. The room also had a musty odor, and the carpet looked unkempt. Housekeeping didn't clean the room, as I later discovered this was an uncommunicated policy. staff were dismissive when I raised concerns. Despite a few friendly gestures, the overall experience did not meet expectations, detracting from what could have been a pleasant stay.

The staff was excellent, and the rooms were nice and comfy with 2 sinks, adding convenience. The beds were very comfy with 5 pillows provided, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions.

The parking was limited, especially late at night, which could be inconvenient. The lobby could get chaotic, making check-in a bit lengthy and challenging.

Waking up here was great because I could grab free coffee and be so close to Old Town, just a short walk away, plus tons of restaurants and attractions like Kissimmee Go-Karts and the Museum of Military History within 30 minutes or so which made my family time so enjoyable while splashing in the pool was a treat and dining at the Oasis Restaurant was super convenient, but the lazy river was closed during my stay so that was a bit disappointing.

The lazy river and pool are perfect for cooling off and relaxing. The dining staff is super friendly and hustles through the breakfast rush while the bar has a nice atmosphere.

Check-in takes longer than waiting for your laundry to dry.

My recent stay for New Year's was fantastic! The room was spacious with a fridge and microwave, which was super convenient. The housekeeping staff was friendly and kept everything spotless, even during the busy hurricane evacuation in Tampa Bay. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the bed linens were fresh and comfortable, making me feel right at home.

The tub/shower had drainage issues, but we managed.
