The room had a comfortable bed that made for decent sleep at times. the air conditioning was inconsistent, impacting overall comfort. The mini fridge was missing parts and not very functional. Housekeeping wasn't responsive; a coffee cup had black mildew, which was concerning. The hallway had an unpleasant smell, and there was evidence of mold above the sink. It was a great location near attractions, but the outdated decor and maintenance issues were disappointing. Lucinda at the front desk was helpful, and the little snack shop was convenient for quick bites.

Great location near Universal. The room was clean and comfy with a microwave, refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved the fitness center and hot tub. Free breakfast was surprising since it was from a nice restaurant. Shuttle service to the park was a bit of a hassle, though.

Nice spot close to all the parks! The view from our room was pretty cool and the staff was super nice, especially Christian who helped us sort out some billing issues. The pool was a nice size too. Just wish the walls weren’t so thin, we could hear the neighbors a bit too much at night.
