Checked in feeling a bit wary after leaving a Disney resort, but the experience was top-notch! Staff always greeted me with a smile, loved the deli with late-night snacks, and the rooms were spacious and comfy. The pool and sun terrace were fantastic for kicking back. The only hiccup was the gym gear needing a bit of maintenance, but nothing major. Can’t wait to come back! 🌟

The Best Western Orlando Gateway Hotel was conveniently located near restaurants in a safe area and had courteous staff. Even though some areas seemed dated, my family had everything we needed. Despite noise from neighboring rooms and a small pool area, the relaxation facilities like the jacuzzi and sun terrace were nice additions. The nearby landmarks, including the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and ICON Park, provided memorable experiences for everyone in the family.

Quick check-in, clean rooms, plenty of towels, microwave, refrigerator. m. Great location near iTrolley and IHOP, daily room cleaning, fridge, and microwave in-room, complimentary cookies. Convenient shop and restaurant on-site.

Best Western in Orlando offered excellent staff service and a convenient location. the general status of the hotel was fine, and the Wifi provided was excellent, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Shuttle service inconsistent, no return shuttle.

The shuttle to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure was a game-changer - we didn't have to worry about parking or driving. The 24-hour game room and fitness center kept us entertained and the half basketball court was lit!

The only thing that would've made our stay even better is if there was a cool rooftop bar or hangout spot for some evening fun.

I keep returning for a reason. Helpful staff guided me to great dining. With Wi-Fi, free shuttle, pool, and more, everything I need is here. No pets or smoking is perfect. I'm back for a romantic escape.

During my transit travel, I stayed at Best Western Orlando Gateway Hotel, which offers the convenience of being at a distance of 16 km from Church Street and 20 km from Orlando International, making it an ideal stopover for travelers.

Upon arrival, I experienced a lengthy wait at the front desk and was disappointed to find roaches in the room, along with a bathroom that did not meet cleanliness standards.

Amazing staff, especially Mrs Rita who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Upgraded room, clean and comfortable. GREAT location near good restaurants and walkable to Universal Studios. Good value for money. Easy parking.

I recently stayed at Best Western in Orlando for 4 nights for a business trip. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, from the information desk to the diner. The room was clean and comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. The vending machines and store were convenient for snacks and drinks. I had a pleasant experience during my stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was just a short distance away from the Universal parks and other main Orlando attractions. We were able to easily access everything we wanted to see and do. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, accommodating our request to have a room near our friends. The service exceeded our expectations and the hotel provided excellent amenities, including a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a fitness center. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a safe. we were extremely satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend this place to others.

The value for money at the hotel was excellent and the rooms were immaculately clean. The location was perfect for visiting the nearby parks and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The check-in process was quick and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on Universal Blvd and is only a block away from International Dr, making it very convenient. The rooms were clean and had everything I needed, including a mini-fridge. The hotel also had a heated pool and two hot tub spas that were open until 11 p.m.

Breakfast served from 7am to 11am with a wide variety of options, including Mickey waffles. Rooms with comfortable beds, even though they looked a bit worn. Highly recommended for a future visit.
