Recently stayed at a lovely lodge with breathtaking views. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and recently renovated. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always available. The location was perfect, with plenty of nearby attractions and dining options. The lodge offered a variety of activities suitable for all generations. We particularly enjoyed golfing and trying out the different dining options on-site. The lodge had a cozy fireplace in the room and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable, especially the pillows. a wonderful place to stay with lots to offer.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved the breathtaking views of the Columbia River and the Washington side from the property. The location is unbeatable, with stunning waterfalls nearby. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The room service from the lodge's restaurant was top-notch, and the food was delicious. The spacious rooms with fireplaces made for a cozy winter stay. The on-site restaurant served great meals, and we even enjoyed live music in the lobby one night. The facilities, including the back patio and the pool, added to the overall fantastic experience.

We were pleasantly surprised by the breathtaking views at this lodge. The setting overlooking the Gorge was simply stunning, with windsurfers in the distance and magnificent mountains as a backdrop. We loved relaxing in the comfortable Adirondack chairs on the lawn, taking in the idyllic scenery. The lodge itself was well-maintained, and our room had a wonderful view of the Gorge and the golf course. The golf course, although challenging, was in great shape. We also appreciated the eco-conscious approach of the lodge, with the option to reuse towels for a credit. The food at The Grill was delicious and nicely presented. We even had a special surprise for our anniversary, with a bottle of champagne waiting in our room. We also enjoyed the zip line tour and had a great time experiencing it for the first time. Despite a few drawbacks, like spotty service and crowded areas, overall I would definitely recommend this lodge for a wonderful retreat and special occasions.

We recently celebrated our anniversary at a charming hotel on the Washington side of the beautiful Columbia River Gorge. Skamania Lodge made our stay extra special by upgrading us to a cozy fireplace room. Despite the slightly firm bed, we had a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. The friendly dining room staff provided excellent service, and the front desk was attentive to our needs. The hotel's location offered breathtaking views of the gorge, creating the perfect backdrop for memorable moments during our stay.

Due to some minor drawbacks, I can recommend this hotel. However, the value for the dollar could be improved.

Our romantic escape at this hotel was filled with delightful experiences. the breathtaking views of the scenic river and surrounding natural beauty added a touch of serenity to our stay. Additionally, the cozy fireplace in our room created a perfect ambiance for us to relax and enjoy each other's company. Furthermore, the meals in the restaurant surpassed our expectations and left us satisfied and impressed.

There were a few aspects that we found disappointing. the worn-out fixtures in the bathroom and elevators took away from the overall charm of the place.
