I had an amazing stay at the hotel with direct pool access from my room. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice terrace. The hotel facilities were great, including a clean and refreshing pool. The location was ideal, being far from the crowded tourist areas and close to the beautiful east beach. The hotel was conveniently located near the pier, making transportation easy. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The best aspects of my stay were the great shower in the villa and the fantastic location. The shower had excellent water pressure and the temperature was easy to control. I also loved the fact that the hotel was very close to the pier and just a short walk away from a beautiful beach. It was convenient to be able to easily access the beach without having to travel far. Additionally, I appreciated that the hotel provided beach bags and towels, making it easy to spend a day by the water.

While I enjoyed my stay overall, there were a couple of negative aspects. The food was mediocre and didn't meet my expectations.

We loved the location of Avatar Railay, it was a short walk to the two main beaches and had a spectacular setting under the rocks. The pool was tempting, although we didn't get a chance to use it. the hotel had great value for money and was a great stay for our group of friends.

This hotel is an incredible value for money, with reasonable prices for its excellent location on the East beach. Surrounded by beautiful cliffs and with easy access to all the beaches, it's a dream come true for beach lovers. The staff provides exceptional service, ensuring that every detail is taken care of. The rooms are comfortable, with a very comfy bed and some even have jacuzzis. I especially enjoyed the swim-up access, allowing me to take a dip right from my room. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide assortment of options to satisfy every palate. And to top it all off, they have a happy hour with half-priced drinks.

The hotel charges for thermobottles that were initially given as free, causing confusion and disappointment. Limited assistance with luggage and poorly maintained public areas around the resort, making transport and navigation difficult.

Staying near the beach was the perfect decision for a longer business trip. We enjoyed walking to Pra Nang Beach for sunbathing and swimming, and the access to the other side of Railay Beach made it easy to explore. The room was fantastic with comfortable bed and a great shower. The staff provided us with world-class service, and we recommend having breakfast, it was splendid. The view from our balcony was breathtaking, and the pool area was serene and well-kept.

Guests still complain about other aspects of the hotel, but I personally did not experience any issues.

We had a luxurious villa with a jacuzzi tub and plenty of space. The room was sparkling clean and had beautiful touches like complimentary water and a pool/beach bag. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was peaceful.
