My stay at Balcony Courtyard was delightful. The high tech toilet in the room was a surprising and welcome feature, providing ultimate comfort during my stay. The hotel's facilities, including the public hot bathtub and social lounge with free coffee and snacks, were truly top-notch. The shuttle bus service to the shopping store was an added convenience. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in the area.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Located just a short walk away from the local market and a quick drive to the nearby malls, it's a shopper's paradise. Plus, it's just minutes away from the stunning beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. The breakfast spread is top-notch, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also offers fantastic facilities, like a hot bathtub and a social lounge with complimentary snacks.

I wish the check-in process was faster and more efficient.

Great location and nice view from the room. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always offering a smile when we walked by. The free coffee was nice to have and there was even a little snack bar in the lobby. The room had good air conditioning and the bed was comfortable.

The cleanliness could have been better. The bathroom had mold and the towels had stains.

Delicious breakfast with a wide variety of choices. Free shuttle service to the city center. Hotel has a nice atmosphere and great facilities such as an onsen and fitness center. The staff are friendly and helpful. a fantastic experience.

This venue is the ideal location for guests who prioritize luxurious amenities. I was amazed by the high-class facilities provided, especially the swimming pool and garden area. The dedicated service team created a comfortable atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The restaurant also provided a fantastic variety of flavorful dishes, and the private facilities in the rooms made my stay much more exclusive.

While my stay was mostly enjoyable, I did notice a minor issue at this hotel. The leisure room was not up to par, lacking entertainment options and comfortable seating.
