The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed provided exceptional comfort. the front desk staff in the evening was delightful and provided exceptional service. the hotel's location at the intersection of highways 93 and 95 made it very easy to find. the amenities were modern and comfortable, and we enjoyed watching wildlife grazing outside our room window.

The noise from people at the ice machine was somewhat disruptive, but it didn't affect our overall experience. the service in the restaurant was poor, with one particular staff member being rude.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with a stunning waterfall just a short distance away, creating a beautiful backdrop. There were also several restaurants down the street, making it convenient for dining options. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a day of biking. The staff was friendly and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Additionally, the on-site restaurant and bar served delicious food and a wide selection of beers. the hotel provided a great experience with its convenient location and excellent amenities.

One minor drawback was the unclear communication about the use of the gym equipment. It would have been helpful if the hotel had clearly mentioned the limitation of using both treadmills simultaneously to prevent any inconvenience.

The location is perfect, right at a major road junction and within walking distance to a number of restaurants. The area itself is incredibly scenic, offering breathtaking views. The staff here are amazing - they are lovely, knowledgeable, and provided us with excellent service throughout our stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including free Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, and a microwave. The on-site restaurant and bar/lounge area were also great for dining and relaxing. The hotel also offers a spa and wellness center, complete with an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a variety of beauty treatments. Additionally, the hotel provides helpful services such as laundry and a 24-hour reception.

The attached restaurant at the hotel served delicious meals for both dinner and breakfast, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.

The resort was also within walking distance of shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. As guests with children, we appreciated the friendly staff and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The kitchenette area in our room was an added bonus, allowing us to prepare snacks and meals for the kids.
