The view and location were excellent. Onsite parking was convenient. Staff checked bedding for allergies. Breakfast was delicious.

The location is great, as it is reasonably close to the town centre and the main sites in town. It is also conveniently located near the bus station at the bottom of the shopping centre. The rooms are lovely, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing a high level of service. The breakfast is delicious and there is even an honesty bar for guests to enjoy drinks in the evening.

Some guests mentioned noise from other rooms during the night.

We absolutely loved our stay at Dorian House! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center with parking available. As vegetarians, we were delighted to find a great selection of breakfast options to choose from. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We felt so comfortable and at home at Dorian House that we couldn't find a single reason to complain.

The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is very close to the heart of the city center, making it convenient to explore without needing any transportation. you can enjoy a lovely breakfast in the conservatory or take a leisurely stroll through the center of the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities such as a coffee machine and bathrobes. The staff provides excellent service, making you feel welcome and attended to throughout your stay.

The shower pressure can be affected when other guests in different rooms use theirs, but the management is aware of the issue and working to resolve it.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking was convenient, and public transportation options were easily accessible. The location was great, as we enjoyed a pleasant run along the canal and were only a 15-minute walk from the city center. The hotel itself was housed in a charming manor house, adding to the overall ambiance. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room I was given was not the one I had booked. the room lacked a towel rail or hook near the shower, which made it inconvenient to hang towels.

Had a wonderful weekend getaway. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, surprising me with a birthday card and bottle of bubbly when I mentioned it was a special occasion. the breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of tasty options to choose from. the view from the room was stunning, and the cleanliness of the accommodations was top-notch.

The downside was the uphill walk to the hotel, which was a bit of a workout after a night out in town. the heating in the room was a bit too high for my liking and required opening a window to cool off.
