Fair House Villas & Spa, Koh Samui - Sha Extra Plus in Mae Nam is located down the beach, giving guests easy access to a couple of restaurants. However, it is not close enough to be able to walk to eateries. The rooms are lovely, particularly the double villas which are worth the price with their beautiful views. The breakfast buffet offers a great selection of food and has a stunning view. The pool area is fantastic and the tapas served around the pool is delicious. The hotel also supports the Samui dog and cat rescue, which is commendable.

The hotel's customer service seems to be lacking, causing frustration and inconvenience for guests during check-in and check-out.

The beautifully landscaped grounds added to the overall charm of the hotel. we highly recommend this 5-star hotel for a memorable stay.

The location of the hotel is great, with a beautiful beach and stunning sunsets. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to assist in everything. The restaurant offers delicious food, and we had a great experience at the "Treehouse" restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable, and we especially loved the spa bath on the balcony with a sea view. The hotel also provides amenities like a pool and swings on the beach for cute photo opportunities.

The hotel is a bit far from the main areas, and the dark dirt track to get to the resort didn't feel too safe for walking.

Spent a fantastic business trip at a hotel in Koh Samui. Enjoyed the stunning beach and refreshing pool. the rooms were clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. the staff were friendly and accommodating. the location was perfect for a quieter, more serene experience away from the crowded areas.

The walls were thin making it easy to hear the neighbors which was a bit disruptive. the room cleaning service was unsatisfactory, and the gym was basic with few machines.

Clean and tidy facilities with excellent staff and service. Stunning sunset views and a peaceful, private beach. Room service is convenient and free shuttle service is a bonus. Great for nature lovers, with birds and squirrels frequently spotted.

The resort is located on Mae Nam long beach, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay. The service from the staff is exceptional, with attention to detail and a friendly attitude. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection of Asian and American options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The resort also offers various facilities such as a spa, plunge pool, and a cooking class. All these amenities make Fair House Villas & Spa a perfect choice for a relaxing getaway.

This hotel is an exceptional, luxurious venue that fulfills all needs for a lavish vacation. the exclusive amenities, like the spa center and outdoor swimming pool, exceeded my expectations. the garden area was lush and relaxing, perfect for a sunset cocktail at the bar/lounge area.

The only minor flaw was the lack of beach access, but this was compensated for with the hotel's near-perfect location advantages and the private facilities with exclusive rooms.
