The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and great with our kids. The swimming pool on the roof was a nice amenity, and we often had it to ourselves. The rooms were cleaned daily and the beds were comfortable. The hotel's tour company was accommodating and offered various options for day trips. We also appreciated the help from the staff when I had an accident and needed assistance with childcare. I would highly recommend the nearby bar/restaurant called Andys Place.

The room was perfect, spacious, and great for us as youngsters. The staff, especially the lobby staff, were friendly and helpful. The food was good, and we loved the nice lobby where we could relax. The hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping center, with a corner store and small restaurants just opposite the hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The room was incredibly spacious with a huge bathroom and a fantastic shower. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, making our stay even more memorable. The location of the hotel was ideal, situated near a small alley with only a few eateries around. We were also pleased to discover that it was just a short walk to Meya shopping plaza and the city center, with the famous Maya department store nearby.

Friendly and helpful staff who promptly fixed the broken air conditioning in my room. The bath tub was a nice addition and the view from the 16th floor was breathtaking, offering a stunning panorama of Mt. Suthep. I also enjoyed the convenience of the free shuttle bus to the nearby shopping center. The pool on the 17th floor provided a private and relaxing atmosphere. despite a few minor issues, I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable stay and amazing views.

During our Christmas stay, we received two delightful complementary gifts that definitely added to our experience. The hotel's location is superb, with many restaurants and convenient stores just a stone's throw away. we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's shuttle service that took us to and from the night market.

The room we stayed in lacked proper lighting, making it feel dim and uninviting. the pool area could have been cleaner and better maintained.

We had a fantastic stay in a great hotel located in a quiet alley near the Maya shopping center and trendy Nimmanen district. The location was perfect for us as we could easily explore the area and enjoy shopping at the nearby department store. The room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the spacious bathroom with its luxurious bathtub. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. We also enjoyed the beautiful views of Mt. Suthep from our room.

That the air conditioning in our room broke down on the first night, but the hotel promptly fixed it in the morning.

Our upgraded room at Furama was perfect for our vegetarian/vegan family. The attached bathrooms added extra convenience.
