Our room was nicely decorated and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. the staff cleaned our room thoroughly each day and provided restocked supplies. They also assisted with ordering taxis and arranging laundry services. the hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to attractions and amenities such as 7/11.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town and within a short walk to the walking market and night bazaar. We loved being next to a school and near a beautiful temple. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a small courtyard and lovely decor. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing exceptional service. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, including Western, Thai, and Chinese dishes.

Located in the heart of the old town, we enjoyed the convenience of exploring Chiang Mai's attractions. The hotel's proximity to a school provided a glimpse into local culture. The rooms were comfortable, with retro-designed bathrooms and well-insulated windows to keep out noise. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with information about the area. The breakfast menu offered unique options and the serenity of the hotel added to the overall pleasant experience.

after staying at a different hotel in chiang mai, i found makkachiva to be a hidden gem. the location in the old city was perfect for exploring, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. the authentic thai design and artwork throughout the hotel added to the charm and made me feel completely immersed in the culture.

While the water pressure in the shower was generally fine, it was a bit lacking at times and the water temperature was not consistently hot. This was more noticeable when the weather was colder.
