We had the most amazing time at Outrigger Khao Lak Beach Resort! The pool and beach were absolutely stunning, and we loved having the option to sit in the shade. The daily massages by the pool were so relaxing, and the included breakfast was one of the best we've ever had. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We even enjoyed a fun cooking class with our family. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this resort.

The location of the Outrigger Khao Lak Beach Resort - Sha Extra Plus is perfect for beach lovers, with its proximity to the beautiful local beach restaurants on the outer edges of the property. The fine sand and stunning views make it a great spot to relax and enjoy the sun. Additionally, the resort is close to many other adventures, allowing guests to explore the surrounding area easily.

One negative aspect of the hotel is that it can get crowded, especially around the pool area, making it difficult to find a sun bed at times.

Upon arriving at this hotel, I was impressed by the luxurious amenities offered. the outdoor swimming pool was lovely and had plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas, providing the perfect spot to relax. the garden area was well, maintained, creating a peaceful atmosphere. the beach access was also convenient, allowing for easy walks along the seaside. the hotel bar served delicious cocktails and provided great service, making it a great place to unwind. the buffet breakfast was also top, notch, offering a wide range of options to choose from.

Although the full body massage was enjoyable, the staff lacked the necessary skills to provide a thorough back massage.

The infinity pool was amazing, with a beautiful setting right next to the beach. the breakfast was good, with a great variety of options to choose from. the hotel's shuttle service was very convenient for getting around.

The WiFi service was not very stable, making it difficult to work or stay connected. There were a few limited menu choices in the hotel's restaurant, making it difficult to find something we really wanted to eat.
