As low-budget travelers, we loved the central location in Koreatown, with quick access to food, massage, and a supermarket within a 1-2 minute walk. The staff was lovely, kind, and very informative. The bed was also super comfy, offering a 5-star experience at an affordable price.

I stayed at One Patio Hotel Pattaya - Sha Extra Plus for a week for leisure purposes. The hotel is very modern with a nice, pretty big swimming pool. The staff was incredibly nice and kind, always willing to attend to our needs. The room was spacious and silent, as the building is tucked away from the busy main road. From check-in to check-out, the staff was amazing, the lobby was comfy, and the rooms were lovely. I would like to thank the hotel reception and Mr. Sam, the hotel's concierge, for an amazing experience and a wonderful stay. This is the best hotel I've stayed in among the ones I've been to in Pattaya. The beds are just wonderful, and I will definitely be back in one week.

The water pressure in the shower was poor.

We had the most luxurious experience at this hotel, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled every need. the spa and wellness centre exceeded our expectations with a variety of services including body scrubs, full body massages, and beauty treatments. the outdoor swimming pool was a peaceful oasis with plenty of sun loungers to relax on, and the sun terrace offered breathtaking views.

I was impressed with the hotel's modern design and the cleanliness of the facilities. the location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants, massage shops and shopping malls within walking distance. I also enjoyed the complementary amenities provided, including the decent swimming pool and the comfortable bed.

There were some aspects of the hotel that let it down. the room was sparsely furnished and lacked essential amenities, such as sockets or USB plugs next to the bed.
