We had a pleasant stay at Kingly Villa. The staff, like Kim, were friendly and helpful. The room, although not initially what we had booked, was spacious and had a balcony with a beautiful view of Halong Bay. The villa itself was modern and had top-notch facilities. We even got to use their complimentary bicycles to explore the island. our experience exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend Kingly Villa. 93 words.

The staff were friendly and polite, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. the room was clean and spacious with a lovely large bathroom, and we enjoyed the beautiful view from our terrace. the hotel's peaceful location offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of other tourist areas.

It's important to note that the hotel is quite isolated, with limited dining options. We ended up having to travel to other areas for meals, which was a bit inconvenient.
