We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face. The rooms were immaculate and well-maintained, with comfortable and spacious furniture. The hotel's location was ideal, right in the center of the bustling tourist area, with plenty of affordable eateries and shops nearby. We also loved the variety of pools available, especially the rooftop pool with its private and relaxing atmosphere. we were highly impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and location of this hotel.

All in all, we would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

We loved our stay! The location was great, close to everything we needed and just a short walk to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The rooftop pool was a highlight, with amazing views. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food.

The keycard needed for the aircon was a bit inconvenient, but it's a minor issue that helped save energy.

Great location, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Rooftop pool and bar are fantastic. Maintenance and housekeeping were excellent. a reasonable price for what you get. However, the breakfast could have more vegetarian options. I would recommend this hotel.

Nothing, everything was great.

The hotel offered great amenities, including two pools where we could relax and cool off during our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and areas of interest.- We also enjoyed the advantage of having friendly and attentive staff who were always ready to assist us during our Christmas holiday.

We found that the beds and pillows were too hard for our comfort, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The lack of variety in English-speaking TV channels was a bit disappointing, as we would have liked more options for entertainment.

The rooftop area offers a beautiful view and features an infinity pool. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel offers good value for money.

The bathroom floors were not well maintained, with a gunky feel.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It is right in the center of everything and close to Patong beach, which was perfect for me as I wanted to spend most of my time by the water. The famous Patong market was also just a short walk away, so I could easily explore and shop. The rooms were fantastic, with spotless bathrooms and comfortable beds. The rooftop pool was a great facility and I enjoyed amazing views from there.

The language barrier with some of the staff members, particularly the women, was a bit of a challenge.

loved our overnight stay at this medium-sized hotel near Patong beach. Friendly and professional receptionists made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The honesty of the cleaning staff was impressive when they found and left behind 100 dollars in our room. Highly recommended for a great experience in Phuket!

Power outage during our stay.

We loved the free beach towels that were handed out daily and the complimentary bottled water in the room. The location was great, close to local attractions and a night market. The rooftop pool was also a highlight, very relaxing after a day of exploring.

Our room had a strong unpleasant odor and the staff was not very accommodating when we requested a room change. we found the room to be quite small and cramped.
