The shared bathroom felt like a private on-suite - spotless and well-maintained. The huge window in our small room made it feel much bigger. The staff were incredibly accommodating, happy to fulfill our requests and even upgraded us. The location was perfect - a 10-minute walk away from the busy tourist area but still close to the train station and the grand palace. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and helpful staff made our stay memorable.
