I recently stayed at Duchess Hotel and had a great experience. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist. The hotel offers convenient amenities like a small gym, a business center, and a guest laundry room. It is also located near an underground supermarket that is well-stocked with fresh produce. Walking distance from several shopping malls and Lumpini Park, the hotel's location is convenient for both shopping and outdoor activities. There is also a train station nearby and taxis to the area attractions are affordable.

Great location with convenient access to tourism, dining, and shopping venues. Polite and cooperative staff who provide comfortable bedding and basic amenities. Spacious apartment-style rooms which feature a brand new washing machine and an equipped kitchen. Free parking and Wi-Fi provided, in addition to the hotel breakfast. Highly recommended for families and tourists.

As a business traveler, I loved the stylish and spacious room with a view, perfect for working and relaxing. The staff at the reception were exceptionally polite and sweet. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to taxis, walking distance to sightseeing spots, and close proximity to Lumpini Park and great cafes. There were also two rooftop bars just a few minutes' walk away at the Muse Hotel and Bar.Yard. the facilities and amenities were top-notch, making my stay enjoyable and productive.

The room I got was extremely beautiful and spacious with a stunning view. It was very clean and the housekeeping staff did an amazing job. The gym and fitness staff, Aekmongkhol, were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in a nice area with good restaurants nearby. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Staying at this hotel felt like a luxurious home away from home. The exclusive amenities provided in our room were outstanding, from the unique in-room breakfast to the well-stocked minibar. The staff were incredible, providing top-notch service and making us feel truly pampered. We especially enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, which offered stunning views of the city.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of a snack bar on site. While the restaurant and bar/lounge area were fantastic, sometimes we just wanted a quick bite or drink without having to venture out of the hotel.

During my stay, there was a lot of traffic resulting in air pollution at peak times.
